[Gpdd] RAINBOW BRIDGE: condolences, Snowy Bear

Corrine and Michael, it was with much shock that we read of Snowy Bear's passing.  We are so very sorry that the vet performed such a radical procedure, to say the least, without asking your consent.  Bladder stones and bladder problems in piggies so often seem to end horribly.  Please don't blame yourself.  Something had to be done, as he couldn't continue without being able to urinate.  You absolutely had to take him to a vet, and you couldn't predict what was going to happen.  Whether she flushed out his bladder correctly or not, we don't know.  Perhaps others will be able to offer more helpful comments.  You did indeed do your best with the knowledge you had at the time; that's all any of us can do.  We have some understanding of what you are feeling and of all the what-ifs that are going through your mind, but we hope you can replace these with your wonderful memories of Snowy Bear.  You loved him, and he knew it.  It sounds as though he sent the dove to you to let you know he loves you and is healthy now at the Bridge.  Please accept our condolences on his passing.
