Hi Corrine and Michael.

Poor Snowy Bear. It is true that boars can sometimes get a lump of semen stuck but this is in their penis not "within their system " and can easily be seen from the outside.

My Rye sometimes has this problem, when a large plug of semen blocks his penis. All I have to do is remove the offending lump with a cotton bud. As he does this so often, I check him every morning. He has no other problem relating to this and I cannot see any connection between this condition and Snowy Bear's symptoms.

There is also the problem when a ring of semen, which sets like concrete, obstructs the flow of urine and can cause infection if not treated early enough. Peter writes about this  http://www.oginet.com/pgurney/penprot.htm

Neither of these conditions would not affect the pooing side of things as far as I can tell.

Maybe someone else knows better or has seen this condition in their piggy.
