[Gpdd] Health: Squishy lump on my boar

I have a 5 1/2 year old neutered boar named Conan.  He has always been very healthy.  Today I noticed that he has a squishy lump on his left bottom side near his bum.  It appears to be right where his testicle would be.  When I pressed on it, it sounded like it was partly filled with fluid and squished.  It didn't seem to cause him any pain, just discomfort, when I pressed on it.  I also noticed that he is walking with his butt up in the air slightly.  I also heard him let out a small squeak when he pooed.  Other than this, he acts completely normal and is eating and drinking.

We won't be able to get into the vet until Monday. Does anyone have any idea what this could be or recommendations in the meantime?  The only thing I can think of is a cyst or internal infection. Thanks.
