I too have had many experiences with stones and sludge.

Dill is also high and calcium, closely related to cilantro. I had to  
take that out of my guinea pig's diet as well.

The other thing that should be avoided is foods with high sugar  
content like corn on the cob. The shucks and silk are fine and  
excellent for bladder and kidney health. The foods with high sugar  
content can raise blood sugar as well as encourage bladder  
infections. Once I cut back on Phoebe's carrots, fruit and corn she  
stopped getting the chronic UTIs that she had for most of her life.

Also, cat grass which is wheat and oat grasses are rich in calcium.

I've found everything in moderation. Like us, if we love it, it's  
probably not good for us.
