I've found that a pig on Baytril may lose weight.  More likely, the abscess
might be making it a bit more uncomfortable to eat.  Try syringing several
times a day as he might be trying to eat, but not getting quite enough food.
He is fighting an infection, so that takes quite a bit of nutrition.  I also
hand fed pellets to Glorie after her abscess.  Just take a pellet and bypass
the incisors and push to the back of the mouth or they just spit it out.
