Hi  The House Rabbit Society maintains lists of recommendations for vets for bunnies, you can call each one to see if piggies are included this list includes many by are code including 415, 510 408 etc,
the list by state http://www.rabbit.org/vets/vets.html  the list refined to Calif Bay Area by area code
http://www.rabbit.org/rabbit-center/resources/vets.html  I have heard that one of the best is associated with the Univ Calif. at Berkeley but I didn't see her listed here specifically
